In Loving Memory of Dr. Eugene L. Barrington
We honor the memory of Dr. Eugene L. Barrington, a well established tenured professor of Public Administration at the Barbara Jordan - Mickey Leland School of Public Affairs at Texas Southern University for 35 years. During his time at the University, he developed lasting relationships with many. Even after retiring from the University in 2012, Dr. Barrington still played a very instrumental part with the University and its traditions.
